Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, has represented First Data Polska S.A. in the lease agreement negotiation for office space in West Gate in Warsaw. In August the company extended its lease agreement for 3 years. The new lease was signed for 3,802 sq.m of office space.

First Data Polska S.A., the owner of POLCARD, is the Polish largest acquirer of payment cards, providing services both in banking and retail and services sector. The company was founded in December 1990 and it is the longest operating institution in the industry.

West Gate office building is located on the outskirts of the city centre at Al. Jerozolimskie 92, in one of the Warsaw best business destination. It totals 40,000 sq.m, with 22,417 sq.m of office space. The facility comprises 14 above-ground floors and an underground car park for 474 spaces. The scheme was delivered in 2001 and its owner is Immofinanz.
