Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisory firm, the owner of www.industrial.pl has placed on its portal site the first number of Industrial News newsletter, supported with the latest market analysis.
The newsletter is devoted to industrial real estate market in Poland. It offers analyses, statistics, the latest data and market news, selected transactions, warehouse market forecasts, current offers regarding industrial space and investment lands as well as contact data of specialists from Industrial Department of Cushman&Wakefield Polska. The newsletter is addressed to business clients of the department and individuals interested in the warehouse market.
The newsletter will be issued on a monthly basis and additionally every quarter it will be supplemented with graphs based on Cushman&Wakefield’s statistics.
The first issue of the bulletin is available at www.industrial.pl. It will be soon possible to register in order to receive the newsletter automatically starting from July.
The warehouse market analyses include the descriptions of the market situation in Warsaw, Central Poland, Poznań, Upper Silesia, Wroc³aw, Gdańsk and Cracow. Each market has been characterised based on existing warehouse stock, current investments, demand indicators, rental levels and key tenants. The reports also contain the descriptions of transactions completed over the last few years regarding warehouse schemes, tenants and leased space.
