The Academic Business Incubators foundation and Panorama Finansów have become new tenants at M65 Meduza office building in Kraków, while Amer Sports Poland Sp. z o.o. is moving its headquarters to Krakowskie Centrum Biurowe Etiuda. In leases totalling nearly 2,000 sq.m the tenants were represented by the global commercial real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield.

Academic Business Incubators is part of the AIP Group, a network of institutions to support and advance entrepreneurship, and its beneficiaries can conduct business activity on preferential conditions.

Panorama Finansów (PF Leasing), set up in December 2010, is a new company of the GETIN Holding Group and renders leasing services for entrepreneurs. It is based in Wrocław with branches in Poland's largest cities.

M65 Meduza office building, delivered in March 2009, is located in Kraków's office district near the junction of Mogilska and Cystersów Streets. This nine-storey scheme totals 5,400 sq.m, of which 4,600 sq.m is office space. Academic Business Incubators took up 563 sq.m, while Panorama Finansów leased 113 sq.m of office space. M65 Meduza's owner, GD&K Group, was represented by FISHEYE Properties Establishment.

Amer Sports Poland distributes Salomon products in Poland, including skiing and snowboard equipment, clothing and footwear, and Finnish Suunto sports watches. Its new headquarters, Krakowskie Centrum Biurowe Etiuda, are at 2 Pilotów Street, part of Kraków's northern ring-road. This five-storey class A office building offers a restaurant and a small conference facility. Amer Sports Poland took up 1,260 sq.m of office space there.

"For Academic Business Incubators, the strongest advantage of its new office building is its location near Kraków's city centre and major universities. The company is to move to its new offices in early November 2011. Due to its takeover of new brands, Amer Sports Poland looked for large showroom space. Krakowskie Centrum Biurowe Etiuda will also house Amer Sports Poland's accounting centre. Both Amer Sports and Panorama Finansów are expected to move in after the summer holiday," says Igor Yankilevich, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the new tenants together with Krzysztof Misiak.
