Buro Market Owner / Developer: MOORKENS PROJECT

Brief
Moorkens Project was the owner of the building that comprises 2,000 m2 of warehouse and 3,500 m2 of office/retail space. It was previously occupied by a furniture company. All retail space was used for a furniture exhibition centre. Cushman & Wakefield was instructed to lease the property to a single tenant. C & W took up a challenge to find a company that would require this untypical space.

Solution
Cushman & Wakefield started with a direct marketing to selected companies - we mailed brochures and personally contacted potential tenants. After 5 months of intense work, C & W successfully finalized a lease contract with Oriflame.

Conclusion
Through our knowledge, experience and suitable activity Cushman & Wakefield were able to find a tenant for such unusual property like Buro Market.
