ABC Data / Actebis

Brief
ABC Data/Actebis, a leading wholesaler of computer parts, appointed Cushman & Wakefield to represent them in the search of a distribution facility located in the Upper Silesia. ABC Data has a warehouse in Warsaw and they wanted to have another one - in Silesia, which could serve the southern Polish and Czech markets. ABC Data/Actebis challenged very high expectations regarding the building - concerning location, technical standards, security and the possibility of expansion.

Solution
Cushman & Wakefield identified potential partners on behalf of ABC Data/Actebis. Initially we came up with the list of several possible locations that was later shortlisted down to the following:

• Millennium Logistic Park Tychy
• ProLogis Park Sosnowiec
• Parkridge Distribution Centre Dąbrowa Górnicza.

The most important for ABC Data/Actebis was to have the guarantee that the building they lease would be available quickly.

Conclusion
Finally ABC Data/Actebis chose the Prologis Park Sosnowiec with 7,000 m2 of warehouse and 200 m2 of office space. We have managed to negotiate prime rental conditions with a very flexible lease structure allowing ABC Data/Actebis to extend lease area according to their needs.
