Ursus Logistic Center Owner / Developer: Orpol

Brief
In early 2001 Polish developer Orpol finished construction of the speculative 12,500 m2 warehouse building in Ursus. Prior to the completion Orpol instructed Cushman & Wakefield to act as an exclusive agent searching for potential tenants and representing them in the lease transaction.
Solution
As an exclusive agent Cushman & Wakefield has prepared and executed a sophisticated marketing campaign, based on well targeted mailing. We have approched approximately 1,000 blue-chip tenants offering them space in Ursus Logistic Centre.
As a result of this action we have secured for Orpol lease with Procter & Gamble, multi-national manufacturers of family, personal and household care products. The lease agreement was signed for 3 years, which was prolonged for next period.
Conclusion
Although Procter & Gamble considered also other major warehouse parks in Warsaw area, state of the art advice from Cushman & Wakefield allowed Orpol to win this deal over other reputable landlords.
