ProLogis Poland Managment Sp. z o.o. cooperated with Małgorzata Zbróg from Cushman & Wakefield during negotiations with SILIMPEX Sp. z o.o.. The negotiations concerned a lease of 2900 m2 of modern warehouse space in ProLogis Park Wrocław.

SILIMPEX headquartered in Wrocław, is the leading distributor of FMCG articles in Lower Silesia. Warehouse space in Prologis Park Wrocław was leased to meet needs of SILIMPEX' client - store network Chata Polska. The network consists of independent shops, it was founded in 1997.
