NG2 in ProLogis Park Wroc³aw IV Company NG2 leased 10,800 m2 of warehouse space in ProLogis Wroc³aw IV in K±ty Wroc³awskie. Cushman & Wakefield represented ProLogis in lease negotiations. The NG2 group is a distinct leader of the Polish retail footwear market and one of the biggest shoe manufacturer in Poland. The strategy of the brand diversification is reflected in three autonomic distribution channels through chain of QUAZI boutiques, official stores of CCC and footwear shops of BOTI. Within one year the company offers two and a half thousand lines of shoes. The company also owns more than 40 brand names e.g. Lasocki.
