A NEW TENANT IN EUROPOLIS PARK POLAND CENTRAL

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm has represented Europolis in the negotiations of a lease agreement with Integer.pl, a leading Polish distributor of advertising mail, an independent postal and financial operator.

Integer.pl has leased 5.000 m2 of warehouse space and 300 m2 of office space in Europolis Park Poland Central logistic centre in Piotrkow Trybunalski. This transaction is the result of an intensive expansion of postal services of InPost and a constantly growing number of deliveries mailed through an operator. Additional halls will be used to increase the effectiveness of the main sorting office of InPost located in the city.
