Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm has represented Panattoni Poland in the negotiations of a lease agreement with C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A, Poland’s leading logistics company operating on the international market.

C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A, has leased 3,055 sq.m of warehouse space and 300 sq.m of office space in Panattoni Park Poznań II logistic centre in Żerniki, south of Poznan, next to expressway S11, in the proximity to A2 motorway Poznan-Krzesiny junction. The warehouse has modern electrically operated Crawford Hafa loading gates including one of „DRIVE IN” type. The facility is equipped with a non-dusting floor and sprinkler system (ESFR system). In addition Panattoni Park Poznań II benefits from convenient parking spaces, spacious maneuvering area. The whole area is fenced with 24h security system. In the nearest future it will be provided with a high storage rack, modern warehouse trucks, warehouse management system (WMS) and internal monitoring system. It is also worth noting that a customs warehouse is to be opened near the new warehouse.
