Apreo in Panattoni Park Wroc³aw II
Cushman & Wakefield has acted as an agent in the negotiations between a developer, Panattoni Poland, and Apreo Logistisc, regarding the lease of 5 000 sqm. of warehouse and office space in a distribution centre, Panattoni Park Wroc³aw II located in Nowa Wies Wroclawska. The distribution centre is located at the junction of A4 motorway, international route, E-67, and currently constructed A8 motorway, about 11 km from the centre of Wroclaw. A new tenant, Panattoni Apreo Logistics SA, is a forwarding company and a provider of logistics services in Poland and in Europe. It will occupy 5000 sqm with the possibility for further extension to over 20,000 sqm.
