Kermi in ProLogis Park Wroc³aw III
Radiator and shower manufacturer Kermi has leased 5,500 sqm of ProLogis Park Wroc³aw III. The company will be occupying building 2 of the complex, which is located close to Wroc³aw-Starachowice airport. ProLogis park Wroc³aw III is made up of four buildings with 135,000 sqm of warehousing space, and will eventually offer 154,000 sqm. Current tenants include Acer, Curylo Asterix, DHL, Emperia Holding, Intercars, Jees Polska, Pol Mat, Selena, Sonoco Poland and Uldo Polska.
