Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has represented FM Logistic in the negotiations of a lease agreement for 35,000 sq.m in Europolis Park Poland Central. It is the year's largest warehouse lease transaction to date in Poland.

The new FM Logistic warehouse is located in Europolis Park Poland Central in Wola Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski. It lies at the junction of two main communication routes: A1 motorway, connecting the northern and southern Poland and E67 expressway, connecting Warsaw with Silesian agglomeration. Europolis is the developer of Europolis Park Poland Central.

"This new site is perfectly located for countrywide distribution and will greatly support our development strategy in Poland for the coming years" - commented Yann Belgy, FM Logistic PL General Director.

Piotr Bzowski from Europolis, a developer of the Park, said: "We have been able to provide a combination of location, optimal transport costs and availability of labour force to meet specific requirements of FM Logistics. We are also able to accommodate future expansion for FM Logistics within the further development phases of the park. "

The 75,000 sq.m facility sits on a plot of 122 ha and is to offer over 500,000 sq.m of a total leaseable area. The area may be developed with distribution centres or production halls for light industry, offering flexible arrangement of the space.
