SEGRO, an international developer of logistics parks, has signed lease agreements with Air Container Logistic Poland and COMPLEX S.A. Cushman & Wakefield, an international commercial real estate consultancy firm, has represented the tenants in the transactions.

Air Container Logistic Poland, a company offering goods freight services, has become a new tenant of Tulipan Park logistics centre in Gliwice. It will occupy 4,600 sq.m of warehouse space and 300 sq.m of office space.

COMPLEX S.A., a manufacturer of bearings and machine parts, has extended its current lease in Tulipan Park Strykow, and continues to occupy over 9,700 sq.m of warehouse space and 444 sq.m of office space.

Both warehouse centres belong to developer SEGRO. Tulipan Park Strykow is the company’s largest park in this part of Europe. Located in central part of Poland, in direct proximity to A2 motorway and close to the junction of A1 motorway (north-south) and A2 motorway (east-west) it is to provide 400,000 sq.m.

Tulipan Park Gliwice is a modern logistics centre offering warehouse and production space, with 200,000 sq.m of warehouse hall intended for lease. The centre is situated near Katowice Special Economic Zone, neighbouring A4 motorway.
