Agart-Pro in Panattoni Park Poznan II

In January this year Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, advised on the lease of 2,400 sq.m of warehouse space and 300 sq.m of office space in Panattoni Park Poznań II logistics park. C&W represented the owner of the facility Panattoni Europe in the lease transaction.

Panattoni Park Poznań II has welcomed a new tenant Agart-Pro, distributor of bakery components, half-products and equipment, who will occupy the last available unit in the facility. It is the second transaction closed between Panattoni Europe and Agart-Pro, who also leases space in Panattoni Park Wrocław.
