Warehouse stock under construction by location in a given quarter in sq.m - means that construction works were started as of the end of the quarter for which data is gathered. Existing facility means a completed building

Space completed in the last quarter in sq.m - Warehouse space delivered in a given period in sq.m

Vacancy rate in % by location - Vacant warehouse space by location in %, calculated as a quotient of vacant warehouse space and existing warehouse stock in a given region

Gross take up by location - Means concluded lease transactions in sq.m (include: new deals, pre-lease, space expansion and agreement renewal) in a given region

Net take up by location - Means concluded lease transactions in sq.m (include: new deals, pre-lease, and space expansion) in a given region

Gross take up by sectors - Means concluded lease transactions in sq.m (include: new deals, pre-lease, space expansion and agreement renewal) shown by brands of tenants in %

Landlord’s market share by concluded transactions (net) - Shows the structure of leased net warehouse space (include: new deals, pre-lease, space expansion) by the owners of the buildings in %

Tenants’ market share by concluded transactions (gross) - Shows the structure of leased gross warehouse space (include: new deals, pre-lease, space expansion and agreement renewal) by the owners of the buildings in %

Absorption by location - Means the difference in the amount of space being leased in successive quarters

Garphs for a given quarter - Present data referring to a given quarter of a year

Cumulative graphs - present data referring to more than one quarter

New agreement - means signing the agreement with a new tenant

Pre - lease - means signing a new lease agreement in a warehouse building which has not been completed yet

Space expansion - is a kind of a new agreement where tenant expands the existing warehouse space in the same building

Renewal of the agreement - means extension of the existing agreement under the same or changed lease terms and conditions
