These are the options of resolving this problem :

  • A lot depends on the length of the remaining lease term and who you rent individual buildings from. There is no universal principle here; it all depends on an in-depth examination of a particular case.
  • We will perform a thorough review of your current contractual obligations; we will check whether there is the possibility of terminating, renouncing or renegotiating the current lease. We will provide you with a detailed report in this respect.
  • We will conduct the analysis of availability and the costs of leasing the buildings at the location of your new central warehouse. We will check whether it pays at all!.
  • We will organize a tender for the lease of a new warehouse; we will select and choose the right offers, conduct the negotiations with the new Landlord, in order to ensure the best possible terms and conditions of the lease. We will lead the case to the signing of a new lease agreement, bearing in mind that the terms need to be the best possible! You will find more information about the tenant representation process and the methods of conducting it.
  • There are always out-of-the-box solutions, being the result of the in-depth analysis of a particular contract, its terms and conditions, the situation of the Landlord and the Tenant and their mutual relations. We will have a closer look at all these elements and propose a customized solution!
