The market of Central Poland is developing in four locations: £ód¼, Stryków, Piotrków Trybunalski and Rawa Mazowiecka. In fist half 2011 supply of warehouse space amounted to approx. 3,300 sq.m which consequently led to its total warehouse space stock reaching 915,000 sq.m. The only newly constructed building is Tulipan Park £ód¼ - Small Business Units.

In the first half of 2011 tenant signed for 64 500 sq.m . The largest amount of space was leased by companies from logistic sector and retailers.

In Central Poland approx. 118 000 sq.m of warehouse space was not leased (12.9% of the regions stock). The largest volume of vacant space was available in Piotrków Trybunalski and Rawa Mazowiecka where tenants could expect rental rates at a level as low as EUR 2.90 sq.m/month. In £ód¼ and Stryków, where there was little vacant space, rental rates reached EUR 4.00-4,50 sq.m/month.
