The warehouse space stock of the Tricity market comprises four warehouse parks with a total of 120,000 sq.m. The proximity to the Baltic Sea creates excellent conditions for the development of both Polish and European logistics.

In 2010 fee leases were made for a total of 12,100 sq.m in this region, including two pre-lets. Clients declared strong interest in warehouse facilities in Tricity, but at the end of December 2010 there was less than 5,200 sq.m of vacant space, which translated into one of the lowest vacancy rates in Poland - 4,4%.
