Significant lease agreement with Jeronimo Martins Distribution (JMD)PointPark Properties ( 2010-01-14 )

PointPark Properties Poland (P3) an asset manager and developer of distribution facilities across Europe, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with JMD for a lease extension of PointPark Mszczonow.JMD now occupies in excess of 40,000 sq m of space in a dedicated facility.

JMD is the owner of Poland's largest chain of retail stores, part of the Portuguese Jeronimo Martins Group. As part of JMD’s expansion in Mszczonow, the company has leased 40,000 sq m of warehouse, office and parking space in PointPark Mszczonow, which reinforces their confidence in the Park and confirms the added value that the Park offers to its tenants.

Located 45 kilometers from Warsaw by the dual carriageway road E67, PointPark Mszczonow is one of the largest logistic centers in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, it includes 96,000 sq m of A-class warehouse space, and there is a potential for the development of a further 213,136 sq m. The Park also benefits from the new route 50 by-pass which provides excellent access to the E67 highway and future A2. The Park provides over 96,000 m2 of space and is leased to a number of international tenants.

New bypass, which is under construction strengths further the strategic location of the Park. Currently, there are three tenants in PointPark Mszczonow leasing a total of 39,000 sqm of warehouse & office space, with a further 57,000 m2 for immediate lease.
