Panattoni Europe, leading warehouse space developer in Poland, has kicked off the second development phase of Panattoni Park Czeladź. The developer is building another facility, covering 20,000 m², which is to be leased by Huhtamaki and Specjał.

Panattoni Europe is initiating another investment. The second construction phase of Panattoni Park Czeladź, envisioning the development of a building covering 20,000 m², has been kicked off. Huhtamaki, global supplier of unitary packages is to lease 12,000 m² of industrial space. Another 4,000 m² of space will be leased by Specjał, a company operating in the food industry. Panattoni Park Czeladź is located on the Route 86 connecting Warsaw and Cieszyn, nearby the junction with Route 88 connecting Bytom and Olkusz. The center is situated in the vicinity of the junction, where the A4 Motorway and S1 Expressway meet. The tenant of the first building, covering an area of 15,000 m² is the world’s largest glass distributor, Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska.

Investor of the Year
Panattoni Europe, present in Czeladź since 2007, was awarded a prize at the Saturn Rings competition, in the category of Best Investor of 2009.
