Panattoni Europe the leading warehouse space developer in Poland, informed about conducted investments. The developer is currently building 100,000 m2 of warehouse space in key locations in Poland.

As one of only a few developers, Panattoni kicked off 2010 with several projects under development. At the moment there is ca 100,000m2 under construction. The developer has finalized phase 3 of Panattoni Park Łódź East (17,000m2). Moreover, it is developing a facility for Farmacol next to Poznań (5,400m2), as well as an eco-warehouse for H&M (30,000m2), while in Warsaw a building for Torfarm (23,000m2) and the 2nd phase of the distribution center in Czeladź (20,000m2). In due course the construction of Panattoni Park Toruń (20,000m2) is to commence for Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific, Nestle branch. Q2 2010 is to see the execution of the facility in Gdańsk (7,000m2).

- We closed 2009 with 250,000m2 of newly leased warehouse space – said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe Managing Partner for Central-Eastern Europe – Taking into account our 4% ratio of vacant space, we are forced to expand our parks. As was the case in 2009, we will primarily focus on Build-To-Suit projects in 2010.

2010 investment plans
In 2010, the developer intends to focus on winning new BTS transactions and extending the existing facilities. In Central Poland this applies to Łódź, in the Warsaw region: the parks in Ożarów and Teresin, in southern Poland: Gliwice, Czeladź and Mysłowice, in the north of Poland: Gdańsk, in Lower Silesia: Wrocław. There will also be further development of the facilities in the Czech Republic (Prague) and Slovakia (new market in the portfolio since 2009), where the developer has started projects in Trnava and Senec.
