ProLogis , a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today an extension of three lease agreements totalling more than 52,000 square meters of modern warehouse space at ProLogis Park Chorzów.

Three lease agreements at ProLogis Park Chorzów were extended with:

• Raben, a European provider of logistics services that leases 28,800 square meters of warehouse space in Buildings One and Two. Currently, the company occupies approximately 54,300 square meters of distribution space in five ProLogis facilities across Europe.
• FM Logistic, an international logistics operator that leases 19,500 square meters of warehouse space in Building One. FM Logistic occupies more than 175,300 square meters of space in ProLogis distribution centres throughout Europe.
• Ponetex, a company offering a full range of logistics services that leases more than 4,000 square meters of modern production and warehouse space in Building Three.

ProLogis Park Chorzów is a modern distribution park that comprises nine buildings totalling more than 233,000 square meters of both warehouse and office space.

The park features an excellent location near the A4 motorway that connects Germany with Ukraine, and is close to a junction currently under development that will connect the two largest Polish transportation corridors – the A4 East-West and the A1 North-South. The park is also 40 kilometers away from the airport in Pyrzowice, enabling flexible storage and efficient distribution to local markets and neighboring countries.

Additional customers at ProLogis Park Chorzów include: Aldi, C.Hartwig Gdynia, Danone, Kuehne+Nagel, Mid Ocean Logistics, Saint Gobain Construction Products, Wilhelm Karmann and VIP Collection.

ProLogis’ portfolio in the Upper Silesia region comprises five distribution parks (27 buildings) totalling more than 520,000 square meters of warehouse and office space.
