Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer in Poland, kicked off an investment for Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP), owned by Nestlé and General Mills Inc. The space of the newly built Panattoni Park Toruń, which is a fully build-to-suit (BTS) investment, will exceed 30,000 m2.

Panattoni Europe initiated ground works for Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP), breakfast cereal producer and distributor. The new distribution center will be fully tailored to the client’s needs and consist of warehouse (29,410 m2) and office (900 m2) space.

At the request of the Tenant, the developer will construct an access road, crossing a major district road in a junction equipped with traffic lights. The facility will be equipped in automated distribution systems. The warehouse facility will be adjusted in a way that will enable the potential change in stock - Panattoni will offer the possibility to mark off part of the warehouse, where temperature is regulated.

Panattoni Park Toruń is located in Grębocin, Lubicz municipality, Toruń district. The location of the new investment was dictated by the client's needs and guidelines - vicinity of plants located in Toruń and Lubicz, from where breakfast cereal is exported to many countries, such as Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, the Baltic countries, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria and countries situated in the Persian Gulf. That is why “the location of the BTS warehouse under construction, designed by Panattoni Europe, according to CPP specifications was crucial for improving the global logistic processes and customer service,” said Jarosław Szczepanowski, CPP PR Manager.
