Omnires is the latest tenant of SEGRO’s Tulipan Park Warszawa warehousing project. The company occupies 5,214 sq m of warehouse and office space.

Omnires is a well-known distributor of the high quality bathroom and kitchen equipment. The company’s wide offer includes a full range of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, shower cabins, sanitary ceramics, accessories as well as bathroom and kitchen furniture. Omnires has been operating on the Polish market for 20 years.

Mr. Janusz Langner, member of Omnires Co. Management Board commented the transaction: For us it has always been vital to provide our clients the shortest possible delivery time. That is why we decided to move into a bigger, state-of-the-art warehouse premises. With the larger business space we are able to store a much wider assortment of our product range which will result in customers’ orders being delivered (or fulfilled) in a shorter time frame.

Tulipan Park Warszawa is a modern logistic centre developed on a 30 hectare site located in Nadarzyn, adjacent to national road No. 8 (Bialystok – Warsaw – Katowice / Wroclaw) and 4 km from national road No. 7 (Warsaw – Krakow). The Park provides up to 130,000 sq m of modern warehousing and light industrial accommodation. Units are available from 3,000 sq m and can be designed and built to suit occupiers' individual requirements. In the near future the offer of Tulipan Park Warszawa will include a completely new product on the Polish warehouse market. A small box investment will provide a high quality warehouse and light industrial space starting from 500 sq m, located within 4 stand alone buildings (5,000 to 7,000 sq m).
