SEGRO has recently signed lease contracts for a total of over 3,000 sq m in Tulipan Park Poznan. The transactions include an agreement concluded with Universal Express Distribution and the extension of a contract with CNOS Garden.

Universal Express Distribution is a part of the Universal Express Group, which is Poland's largest independent provider of worldwide logistics and relocation services. The company specializes in document archiving and utilization of expired items as well as storage and distribution of promotional materials. Universal Express Distribution will occupy 1,350 sq m of modern warehouse space located within Tulipan Park Poznan

CNOS Garden is a company specializing in the production and distribution of flower, vegetable and herb seeds as well as the distribution of high quality grass blends. By leasing additional 1,700 sq m CNOS Garden has extended its warehouse space within Tulipan Park Poznan by up to 7,300 sq m.
