HILTI in Panattoni Park Wrocław II
- development of 9700 m2 in Nowa Wies Wroclawska -

Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer, further develops Panattoni Park Wrocław II in Lower Silesia. The existing warehouse space will be expanded by another 9,700 m2. A producer of professional power tools used in construction, HILTI, will be the tenant of the newly constructed space.

9,700 m2 of industrial space is currently being built next to the existing facility covering 20,000 m2. HILTI will lease 3,500 m2 in the new building. The newly developed space will be earmarked for a new power tool service center, dedicated for clients from Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The conclusion of the investment is planned for Q3 2010.

This is why we started to look for modern warehouse space, which would meet expectations not only in terms of the facility, but also location. Panattoni Park Wrocław II located merely 14km from the heart of Lower Silesia is a very good solution for our company," said Marek Wyziński, the Business Process Manager at HILTI (Poland) Sp. z o.o.

Panattoni Park Wrocław II is the developer’s second modern distribution center in Lower Silesia. Nowa Wieś, the site of the investment, is located 14km from the center of Wrocław and only 13km from the international airport in Wrocław, connecting the largest European capitals. The facility is to consist of two buildings covering an area of 60,000 m2.

The location of Panattoni Park Wrocław II directly neighbors with the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice node. This is where the most strategic roads of the region cross – the A4, E67 and A8, being the ring road of Wrocław.
