Panattoni Europe has announced that two buildings under construction at Panattoni Park Gdańsk and Panattoni Łódź Business Centre have been fully leased out. The new tenants are: K-EX Sp. z o.o., Farutex Sp. z o.o. and DHL Global Forwarding. The companies will lease in total 6,900 m2 of warehouse space.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk
The new tenants at Panattoni Park Gdańsk include: K-EX Sp. z o.o. (former Kolporter Express) and Farutex Sp. z o.o. K-EX Sp. z o.o., a nationwide courier service, will occupy a 1,200-square-metre warehouse. The other new tenant of the Gdańsk park is a new customer of Panattoni Europe’s - Farutex Sp. z o.o. – who will take up 2,000 m2 of space. Farutex is a leading food distributor for the HoRECa segment in Poland, the International Union of National Associations of Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe Keepers.

Panattoni Business Centre Łódź
At Panattoni Business Centre Łódź, the new tenant is a leading company in the global logistics market - DHL Global Forwarding Sp. z o.o. The company is to occupy 3,700 m2, under the first agreement between these two business partners in Poland.

At full build-out, Panattoni Park Gdańsk will comprise 3 buildings and will offer 43,400 m2 of space. Since May, construction works have commenced on the first 7,600-square-metre building, already 100% leased. Its first tenants were ABRA SA and Pika Sp. z o.o. Panattoni Park Gdańsk is located in the direct vicinity of the Sucharski Route, which accounts for the final stretch of the European Routes E 75, E 77 and 500, running from the Gdańsk harbour to the southern bypass, currently under construction, and the A1 motorway, as well as 500 metres from the planned Błonia road junction. On top of that, the park is situated near the harbour and the new deepwater container terminal, hence the logistics centre is ideally suited to serve such purposes as international sea freight.

In June, Panattoni Europe commenced construction works on the first of two buildings planned at Panattoni Business Center Łódź, each to comprise nearly 9,000 m? of space. As the first investment of its kind in the developer’s portfolio, it offers small business units. Building one will be leased by DS Smith Polska, a manufacturer of corrugated paper and packaging, by a pharmaceutical company for whom the warehouse space is being built-to-suit (BTS) and the abovementioned DHL Global Forwarding. Panattoni Łódź Business Center is located at the cross-section of Puszkina and Dostawcza streets in Łódź Widzew, near the future junction connecting the motorways A1 and A2. It is merely 5 km from the centre of Łódź, near the planned Andrespol junction on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn).
