ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today the lease of 15,800 square meters at ProLogis Park Janki. Dynamic growth of two companies – No Limit and Euro-net – led to lease expansions in the park where the companies had already established operations. With these transactions, ProLogis Park Janki is now 95 percent leased; only one unit of 3,500 square meters is left available at the park.

The recent lease transactions, totalling 15,800 square meters, were signed with:

• No Limit, a developing logistics supplier offering comprehensive logistics services, which leased an additional 6,900 square meters of warehouse space in Building Two. The customer already occupies a 9,300-square-meter space in the same building.
• Euro-net, Polish leader on the electronics and home appliance market, which has leased an additional warehouse space in Building Two. Until now, the company has been leasing majority of space at an adjacent building in the same distribution park.

“As Winston Churchill used to say: ‘The farther backward you can look the farther forward you are likely to see’,” quoted Kris Pauwels, vice president of development & account management for ProLogis in Poland. “Such was the story with two of our customers that leased warehouse space from ProLogis a couple of years ago. Now, encouraged by business growth, the same customers decided to expand within the logistics park. I am certain that the strategic location of ProLogis Park Janki also contributed to their success.”

ProLogis Park Janki is a modern distribution complex consisting of two warehouse facilities of 72,500 square meters in total. The park is located in Janki near the Katowice expressway, approximately 15 kilometers southwest from the Warsaw city centre.

Additional customers at ProLogis Park Janki include Berfin and Logwin.

ProLogis’ Warsaw portfolio includes nine distribution parks (39 buildings) totalling more than 760,000 square meters of warehouse space.
