New tennant inTulipan Park WarszawaSEGRO ( 2010-09-14 )

Eveline, the largest Polish producer and exporter of cosmetics, has signed a lease agreement for 3,260 sq m of business space at Tulipan Park Warszawa. The company is another of SEGRO’s clients who operate within the beauty sector.

Established in 1983 Eveline Cosmetics is the largest Polish producer and exporter of cosmetics. The brand is very well known and eagerly bought across over 70 countries worldwide. Eveline offers a wide range of make up, body and face care products, and is a leader in the production of slimming cosmetics. The company’s dynamic development is reflected by sales of over 70 million types of products per year.

The leased space within Tulipan Park Warszawa will be for a Eveline warehouse and co-packing centre. The crucial factors that convinced the company to move into SEGRO’s logistics Park were its strategic location, great expansion possibilities and modern, flexible business space offered by the developer. Due to its close proximity to Eveline factory and the important communication arteries and big urban agglomeration, Tulipan Park Warszawa guarantees Eveline the effective logistic solutions.

Tulipan Park Warszawa is a modern logistic centre developed on a 32 hectare site located in Nadarzyn, adjacent to national road No. 8 (Bialystok – Warsaw – Katowice / Wroclaw) and 4 km from national road No. 7 (Warsaw – Krakow). The Park provides up to 140,000 sq m of modern warehousing and light industrial accommodation. Units are available from 3,000 sq m and can be designed and built to suit occupiers' individual requirements. In the near future the offer of Tulipan Park Warszawa will include a completely new product on the Polish warehouse market. A small box investment will provide a high quality warehouse and light industrial space starting from 500 sq m, located within 4 stand alone buildings (5,000 to 7,000 sq m). Tulipan Park Warszawa provides a convenient and functional traffic-flow system with wide internal roads, parking space for cars and manoeuvering areas for commercial traffic.
