Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, announced today that it has signed a lease renewal for Building 2 at Prologis Park Piotrków with Unilever, one of the world's largest manufacturers of food, personal care and home care products. The lease of 50,500 square metres of distribution space has been extended until 2017.

Unilever previously leased approximately 40,000 square metres of space at the park, located in Piotrków Trybunalski, since 2003. In 2007, responding to Unilever?s dynamic business development, sales growth and launches of new products, Prologis expanded the customer?s existing facility by additional 10,500 square metres. The facility now comprises 50,500 square metres of space and has capacity for 67,500 pallets. Currently, Unilever leases nearly 470,000 square metres of distribution space in Prologis parks worldwide.
