Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of a BTS (build-to-suit) facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski.Panattoni ( 2012-01-11 )
Panattoni Europe has completed construction works on a BTS manufacturing facility for Faurecia - global leader specialising in manufacturing automotive equipment. The facility was built in Gorzów Wielkopolski - at the Kostrzyn-S³ubice Special Economic Zone near the expressway S3 (E65). The investment totalling 17,600 sqm comprises a 14,500-square-metre manufacturing hall, as well as 1,600 sqm of office space and 1,500 sqm for technical rooms. Construction works started last June and were completed on time in December 2011. The general contractor of the facility was Kajima Europe.
