These are the options of resolving this problem :

  • We will perform a thorough review of your current contractual obligations; we will check whether there is the possibility of terminating or renouncing the current lease. We will provide you with a detailed report in this respect.
  • We will analyze the possibilities of renegotiating the lease and reducing the lease costs. The owner of the building prefers to ensure long-term and stable perspective of collecting rents from you rather than focus on their current amount.
  • If your lease is due to end (still 12-18 months remaining), there is the chance of extending it for the subsequent period, combined with an immediate reduction in rent. We have so far finalized numerous transactions like these and we know how to reconcile the apparently contradicting interests of the parties.
  • If, at the same time, you are looking for a new warehouse in another location, your current Landlord might be interested in offering you space in that location. In many instances, you can use the purchasing power of the new contract to reduce the costs of the existing one. We have experience in taking advantage of that power!!!!
  • There are always out-of-the-box solutions, being the result of the in-depth analysis of a particular contract, its terms and conditions, the situation of the Landlord and the Tenant and their mutual relations. We will have a closer look at all these elements and propose a customized solution!
